Greek Yogurt Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 180 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 80 g icing sugar

Steps

  1. Whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth; set aside.
  2. Beat the heavy cream with a whisk or electric mixer on medium-high speed.
  3. Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add the yogurt and vanilla extract; mix quickly until just combined, without overmixing.
  5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 6-8 hours to set further.
