Air-Fryer Pork Chops and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 bone-in pork chops (about 300g each, ¾ to 1 inch thick)
- 600g potatoes
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- sea salt and pepper
- lemon wedges, to serve
- 2 teaspoons grape molasses (or molasses or honey)
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic

Steps
- Cut the potatoes into wedges or chunks and toss with olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook until golden and tender, shaking occasionally.
- In a small bowl, mix molasses, mustard powder, oregano, thyme, garlic, and paprika to make a marinade.
- Rub the pork chops with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then coat with the marinade.
- Air fry the pork chops until cooked through and golden, flipping halfway.
- Serve pork chops and potatoes together with lemon wedges on the side.
