Air-Fryer Pork Chops and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in pork chops (about 300g each, ¾ to 1 inch thick)
  • 600g potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • sea salt and pepper
  • lemon wedges, to serve
  • 2 teaspoons grape molasses (or molasses or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • â…” teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika

Steps

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges or chunks and toss with olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook until golden and tender, shaking occasionally.
  3. In a small bowl, mix molasses, mustard powder, oregano, thyme, garlic, and paprika to make a marinade.
  4. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then coat with the marinade.
  5. Air fry the pork chops until cooked through and golden, flipping halfway.
  6. Serve pork chops and potatoes together with lemon wedges on the side.
