Spicy Tuna Salad with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free, start with 2 tsp)
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, well-drained
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup shelled edamame, cooked
Steps
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until smooth.
- Drain tuna very well and add to the bowl. Flake with a fork and mix into the yogurt dressing.
- Add celery, green onions, and edamame. Mix to combine.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired. Serve with seaweed snacks, crackers, sliced cucumbers, or over a rice bowl.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
