Smoked Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients
- 3 lbs smoked pulled pork
- ½-1 cup broth (chicken, beef, or vegetable)
- 24-30 corn tortillas
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 jalapeno, deseeded and sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 cup salsa
Steps
- Heat the pulled pork in a large saucepan with enough broth to keep it moist.
- Prepare desired toppings.
- Heat corn tortillas on a grill or cast-iron skillet.
- Fill each tortilla with a spoonful of pulled pork and top with desired toppings.
Notes
