Smoked Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs smoked pulled pork
  • ½-1 cup broth (chicken, beef, or vegetable)
  • 24-30 corn tortillas
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, deseeded and sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup salsa

Steps

  1. Heat the pulled pork in a large saucepan with enough broth to keep it moist.
  2. Prepare desired toppings.
  3. Heat corn tortillas on a grill or cast-iron skillet.
  4. Fill each tortilla with a spoonful of pulled pork and top with desired toppings.

Notes

Toppings can be customized to taste.
