Honey Mustard Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • olive oil
  • 3 dl water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp mustard
  • parsley, for garnish

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and coat them in flour.
  2. Fry the chicken strips in a little olive oil until they turn white.
  3. Add the water, crushed garlic, salt, and paprika. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the meat is tender.
  4. Once the meat is tender, stir in the honey and mustard, mixing well, and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with steamed rice.
