Peach Curd Cream Dessert Cups

Ingredients

  • 240 g canned peaches
  • 1.5 dl orange juice
  • 250 g curd cheese (túró)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 dl whipping cream
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Steps

  1. Cut 4 small decorative shapes from some of the peaches using a cookie cutter.
  2. Puree the remaining peaches with the orange juice using a hand blender.
  3. Mix the curd cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip the cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the curd cheese mixture.
  5. Grate the dark chocolate.
  6. In 4 glasses, layer the peach puree, grated chocolate, and half of the curd cream mixture.
  7. Repeat with the remaining peach puree and curd cream.
  8. Top with the remaining grated chocolate and garnish with the peach shapes before serving.
