Peach Curd Cream Dessert Cups

Ingredients
- 240 g canned peaches
- 1.5 dl orange juice
- 250 g curd cheese (túró)
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 dl whipping cream
- 100 g dark chocolate
Steps
- Cut 4 small decorative shapes from some of the peaches using a cookie cutter.
- Puree the remaining peaches with the orange juice using a hand blender.
- Mix the curd cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the curd cheese mixture.
- Grate the dark chocolate.
- In 4 glasses, layer the peach puree, grated chocolate, and half of the curd cream mixture.
- Repeat with the remaining peach puree and curd cream.
- Top with the remaining grated chocolate and garnish with the peach shapes before serving.
