Spicy Mayonnaise Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 100 g red onion
- 1 bunch parsley
- 600 g canned corn
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
- salt
- pepper
Steps
- Peel the red onion and cut into larger pieces; finely chop the parsley.
- In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and sriracha sauce.
- Add the chopped red onion and parsley to the mixture and combine well.
- Drain and rinse the canned corn, then add it to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until the corn is evenly coated with the spicy dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator briefly before serving to let the flavors combine.
