Simple Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 50 g yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • water, as needed

Steps

  1. Crumble the yeast into the flour, then add the salt, sugar, and oil.
  2. Mix in enough lukewarm water (about 250 ml) to form a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thickness.
  4. Sprinkle a large baking tray with flour and place the dough on it.
  5. Top with desired toppings, such as tomato sauce, ham, salami, onion, peppers, mushrooms, and grated mozzarella.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 12-15 minutes until done.
