Simple Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 50 g yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- water, as needed
Steps
- Crumble the yeast into the flour, then add the salt, sugar, and oil.
- Mix in enough lukewarm water (about 250 ml) to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thickness.
- Sprinkle a large baking tray with flour and place the dough on it.
- Top with desired toppings, such as tomato sauce, ham, salami, onion, peppers, mushrooms, and grated mozzarella.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 12-15 minutes until done.
