Molten Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 packet chocolate chunk brownie mix
- 125g unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
Steps
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
- Combine brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs in a large bowl; stir until well combined (mixture will be thick).
- Grease a 6-hole Texas muffin tin. Spoon half the brownie mixture into the holes.
- Divide chocolate chunks (from packet mix) among the holes, then top with remaining brownie mixture. Smooth tops with a palette knife.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn out and serve immediately.
Notes
Uses a packaged brownie mix as a base; chocolate chunks are included in the mix packet.
