Molten Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 packet chocolate chunk brownie mix
  • 125g unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Combine brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs in a large bowl; stir until well combined (mixture will be thick).
  3. Grease a 6-hole Texas muffin tin. Spoon half the brownie mixture into the holes.
  4. Divide chocolate chunks (from packet mix) among the holes, then top with remaining brownie mixture. Smooth tops with a palette knife.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Turn out and serve immediately.

Notes

Uses a packaged brownie mix as a base; chocolate chunks are included in the mix packet.
