Chocolate and Salted Caramel Brownie

Ingredients
- 1 packet chocolate chunk brownie mix
- 125g unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (160g) dulce de leche
- sea salt flakes (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Grease a 20cm square tin and line with non-stick baking paper.
- Combine brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs according to packet instructions. Stir in chocolate chunks.
- Pour batter into the tin. Spoon dollops of dulce de leche on top and swirl with a butter knife.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until set.
- Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm, or let cool completely in the tin.
Notes
Makes 16 brownies.
