Tiramisu Brownie

Ingredients
- 1 packet chocolate chunk brownie mix
- 125g unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- cocoa, for dusting
- hot espresso
- sugar
- mascarpone
- cream
Steps
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Grease a 20cm square tin and line with non-stick baking paper.
- Combine brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs according to packet instructions. Stir in chocolate chunks.
- Spoon batter into prepared tin and bake for 45 minutes, or until set. Cool in the tin.
- Combine hot espresso and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, whisk mascarpone, cream, and cooled espresso mixture until soft peaks form.
- Place cooled brownie on a serving plate, top with espresso cream, and dust with cocoa.
- Slice and serve.
