S'mores Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 graham cracker sheets, broken into pieces, plus more for topping
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for topping
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, divided

Steps

  1. Whisk milk and pudding mix in a large bowl until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes (mixture will be thicker than typical pudding).
  2. Fold in graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and half of the Cool Whip until combined and no pudding streaks remain.
  3. Fold in the remaining Cool Whip, leaving some streaks.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover loosely, and refrigerate at least 3 hours (up to 24) to soften the marshmallows and graham crackers.
  5. Uncover and top with additional marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham crackers before serving.
