Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 3 tbsp finely grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Steps
- Whip softened butter with a handheld mixer on medium speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, basil, thyme, and salt; stir with a spatula until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 4 hours.
- For make-ahead storage, roll the butter into a log using parchment or plastic wrap; refrigerate up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 1 month.
