Marry Me Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 3 tbsp finely grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Steps

  1. Whip softened butter with a handheld mixer on medium speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, basil, thyme, and salt; stir with a spatula until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 4 hours.
  4. For make-ahead storage, roll the butter into a log using parchment or plastic wrap; refrigerate up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 1 month.
