The Best Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
- 2 tablespoons chives, minced
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let stand 10-12 minutes.
- Prepare an ice bath. Transfer eggs to the ice bath and let cool completely.
- Peel and chop the eggs, then place in a medium bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, dill, chives, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
