Creamy Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds seedless green grapes
  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. Add the green and red grapes, and toss to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Before serving, top with brown sugar and chopped pecans.
