S'mores Brownies

Ingredients

  • 6 sheets graham crackers
  • 6 (1.55-ounce) bars Hershey's chocolate
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on box)
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag large marshmallows

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x9-inch pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange graham cracker sheets in a single layer on the bottom of the pan, then place chocolate bars over the crackers.
  3. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  4. Pour brownie batter over the chocolate layer and bake 35-40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows. Broil 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden and toasted.
  6. Let brownies cool completely before slicing and serving.
