Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. Slice chicken breast into long, thin strips.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Add chicken to the mixture and marinate for at least 10 minutes, up to 24 hours.
  4. Cook chicken strips in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Spread a thin layer of blue cheese or ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  6. Layer tortillas with lettuce, carrots, avocado, and cheddar cheese.
  7. Arrange chicken strips down the center of each tortilla.
  8. Wrap tightly like a burrito and serve, with extra hot sauce or dressing on the side if desired.
