Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar, divided
  • 2 lb seedless grapes (red, green, or combination)

Steps

  1. Toast pecans in a medium skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, 4-5 minutes until fragrant and golden brown.
  2. Let pecans cool slightly on a cutting board, about 5 minutes, then roughly chop and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, salt, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add grapes and toss to coat.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar and toasted pecans.
