Grape Salad

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pecans
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 3 tbsp light brown sugar, divided
- 2 lb seedless grapes (red, green, or combination)
Steps
- Toast pecans in a medium skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, 4-5 minutes until fragrant and golden brown.
- Let pecans cool slightly on a cutting board, about 5 minutes, then roughly chop and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, salt, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add grapes and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar and toasted pecans.
