Easy Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or vanilla/blueberry yogurt, per variation)
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons diced kiwi
- 2 tablespoons diced pineapple
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts
- 1/4 cup diced apples
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Steps
- In a 16-ounce mason jar, combine oats and milk.
- Layer with desired toppings (yogurt, fruit, nuts, spices, or sweeteners).
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold.
Notes
