Easy Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or vanilla/blueberry yogurt, per variation)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons diced kiwi
  • 2 tablespoons diced pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 cup diced apples
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps

  1. In a 16-ounce mason jar, combine oats and milk.
  2. Layer with desired toppings (yogurt, fruit, nuts, spices, or sweeteners).
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve cold.

Notes
