Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Steps
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add egg mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs just begin to set.
- Continue cooking, stirring, until eggs are thickened with no visible liquid, about 3-5 minutes total.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chives if desired.
