Creamy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 5 cups coarsely chopped broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Steps
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain fat and transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and apple cider vinegar to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, cashews, red onion, cranberries, and bacon.
- Add dressing to the bowl and toss gently to coat.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
