- 3 cups vegan BBQ baked beans
- 1/2 batch vegan coleslaw
- 1/2 batch vegan gluten-free cornbread (or sub 4 ears grilled corn)
- Vegan butter, optional, for corn or cornbread
- Maple syrup, optional, for cornbread
Steps
- Divide hot baked beans, coleslaw, and cornbread (or grilled corn) between serving bowls.
- Top corn or cornbread with vegan butter if desired.
- Drizzle cornbread with maple syrup if desired.
- Serve immediately. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
