Vegan BBQ Bean Bowl with Corn & Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vegan BBQ baked beans
  • 1/2 batch vegan coleslaw
  • 1/2 batch vegan gluten-free cornbread (or sub 4 ears grilled corn)
  • Vegan butter, optional, for corn or cornbread
  • Maple syrup, optional, for cornbread

Steps

  1. Divide hot baked beans, coleslaw, and cornbread (or grilled corn) between serving bowls.
  2. Top corn or cornbread with vegan butter if desired.
  3. Drizzle cornbread with maple syrup if desired.
  4. Serve immediately. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
