Iced Cinnamon Honey Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • flaky sea salt
  • 4 warm espresso shots or 6 ounces coffee
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus more to taste
  • ice

Steps

  1. Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt to a blender or tall glass; blend or froth until foamy, about 1 minute.
  2. Divide the espresso between 2 glasses and stir in the honey.
  3. Fill each glass with ice.
  4. Pour the frothy milk over the espresso and gently stir.
