Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- flaky sea salt
- 4 warm espresso shots or 6 ounces coffee
- 1 tablespoon honey, plus more to taste
- ice
Steps
- Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt to a blender or tall glass; blend or froth until foamy, about 1 minute.
- Divide the espresso between 2 glasses and stir in the honey.
- Fill each glass with ice.
- Pour the frothy milk over the espresso and gently stir.
