2-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 10 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 16-oz block silken tofu
- Kosher salt, a pinch
- Fresh berries, whipped cream, or other toppings (optional, for serving)
Steps
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth (about 1 minute total). Set aside.
- Blend silken tofu in a blender on high speed until smooth.
- Add a pinch of salt and the melted chocolate to the tofu. Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, until fluffy and smooth. Stop as soon as it's smooth to avoid deflating.
- Divide mousse among 4 bowls. Cover loosely and chill at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours.
- Top with berries, whipped cream, or other toppings before serving, if desired.
Notes
Silken tofu gives this mousse a rich, creamy texture without eggs or cream.
