Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley, dill, and/or cilantro (about 2 oz), coarsely chopped, stems included
- 1 bunch chives (about 1 oz), coarsely chopped
- 2 oil-packed anchovy fillets (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped tarragon
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sour cream or plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Steps
- Combine parsley, dill, and/or cilantro, chives, anchovy fillets (if using), garlic, mayonnaise, tarragon, lemon juice, sour cream or yogurt, and salt in a blender.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Season with more salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Notes
Dressing can be made up to 2 days ahead; store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
