  • ½ Tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp red raspberry jam (for chocolate raspberry variation)
  • 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips (for chocolate raspberry variation)

  • 1 Tbsp walnuts (for banana walnut variation)
  • â…“ banana, diced (for banana walnut variation)

Steps

  1. In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Stir well to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
  3. For the peanut butter and jelly variation, top the base recipe with blueberry jam, peanuts, peanut butter, and fresh blueberries before serving.
  4. For the chocolate raspberry variation, top the base recipe with raspberry jam, dark chocolate chips, and fresh raspberries before serving.
  5. For the banana walnut variation, top the base recipe with walnuts and diced banana before serving.
