Goat Cheese & Sun-Dried Tomato Samosas (Air Fryer)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 sheets brick pastry (feuille de brick)
  • 30 g fresh goat cheese
  • 30 g cream cheese
  • 10 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • 2 handfuls arugula
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and cut into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and honey. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the brick pastry sheets in half; each half sheet makes one samosa, using two halves per full sheet.
  4. Lightly oil a half sheet of brick pastry (sun-dried tomato oil works well) and fold it in half lengthwise. Place a portion of the filling at one end, making about 3 samosas per person.
  5. Fold the corner of the pastry over the filling to form a triangle, then continue folding triangle-style until the strip is used up. Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
  6. Arrange the samosas in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 7 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve with dressed arugula salad.
