Cod in Chorizo Crust (Air Fryer)

Ingredients
- 1 fresh cod fillet
- 30 g chorizo, sliced
- 20 g Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 10 g butter
- 2 handfuls mixed salad greens
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Thaw the cod if needed.
- In a food processor, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chorizo, and butter. Season with salt and pepper and pulse to a coarse mixture.
- Place the cod fillets on the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Top the cod with the chorizo mixture.
- Air fry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the fish is cooked through.
- Serve the crusted cod with the seasoned salad greens.
