Cod in Chorizo Crust (Air Fryer)

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh cod fillet
  • 30 g chorizo, sliced
  • 20 g Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 10 g butter
  • 2 handfuls mixed salad greens
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Thaw the cod if needed.
  2. In a food processor, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chorizo, and butter. Season with salt and pepper and pulse to a coarse mixture.
  3. Place the cod fillets on the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top the cod with the chorizo mixture.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the fish is cooked through.
  6. Serve the crusted cod with the seasoned salad greens.
