Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and crack in the eggs.
- Stir from the center outward, gradually adding the milk, then mix in the vanilla sugar.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Lightly oil a hot crepe pan or skillet using a cloth.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Stack the crepes on a plate, covering with a clean towel to keep warm.
