Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and crack in the eggs.
  2. Stir from the center outward, gradually adding the milk, then mix in the vanilla sugar.
  3. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Lightly oil a hot crepe pan or skillet using a cloth.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Stack the crepes on a plate, covering with a clean towel to keep warm.
