Salade froide de pâtes au thon

Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 can corn
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • A few sprigs parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Toss the pasta with a drizzle of olive oil and let it cool.
  3. Wash and dice the cucumber; wash and halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, drained corn, and drained flaked tuna.
  5. Add the cooled pasta, chopped parsley, and mayonnaise; mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
