Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 jar chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 pinch paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Peel the garlic clove, cut it in half, and blend until finely chopped.
- Add the drained chickpeas (reserve the liquid) and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth, adding a little reserved chickpea liquid if a softer texture is desired.
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl, chill, and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
