Tuna and Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained
  • 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 120 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 20 cl milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 pinches salt

Steps

  1. Drain the tuna and set aside.
  2. In a food processor fitted with a mixing blade, combine the beaten eggs, flour, baking powder, milk, oil, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the tuna and grated Gruyère, and mix for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
