Tuna and Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in water, drained
- 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 120 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 20 cl milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 pinches salt
Steps
- Drain the tuna and set aside.
- In a food processor fitted with a mixing blade, combine the beaten eggs, flour, baking powder, milk, oil, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Add the tuna and grated Gruyère, and mix for 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
