Flageolet Beans (Thermomix)

- 225 g flageolet beans
- 910 g broth
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- The day before, soak the flageolet beans in a bowl of cold water overnight.
- The next day, drain the beans, rinse thoroughly under cold water, and drain again.
- Place the beans in the Thermomix bowl with the broth. Cook for 1 hour 10 minutes at 100°C, reverse rotation, on 'Mix' speed.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve as a side dish or use in a salad.
