Flageolet Beans (Thermomix)

Ingredients

  • 225 g flageolet beans
  • 910 g broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. The day before, soak the flageolet beans in a bowl of cold water overnight.
  2. The next day, drain the beans, rinse thoroughly under cold water, and drain again.
  3. Place the beans in the Thermomix bowl with the broth. Cook for 1 hour 10 minutes at 100°C, reverse rotation, on 'Mix' speed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and serve as a side dish or use in a salad.
