Lentils with Smoked Sausage and Bacon (Pressure Cooker)

Ingredients
- 500 g dried lentils
- 4 smoked sausages
- 140 g smoked bacon lardons
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 3 bay leaves
- 1.5 liters water
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Slice the sausages into rounds. Peel and slice the carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Place the bacon lardons, onion, and sausages in the pressure cooker bowl, then run the browning mode for 3 minutes.
- Add the lentils, carrots, water, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper, then cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
