Lentils with Smoked Sausage and Bacon (Pressure Cooker)

Ingredients

  • 500 g dried lentils
  • 4 smoked sausages
  • 140 g smoked bacon lardons
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1.5 liters water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. Slice the sausages into rounds. Peel and slice the carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Place the bacon lardons, onion, and sausages in the pressure cooker bowl, then run the browning mode for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the lentils, carrots, water, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper, then cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
