Rillettes de thon au Thermomix

Ingredients
- 240 g canned tuna, drained
- 150 g Saint Môret (soft cheese)
- 1 shallot
- 1 lemon
- 20 sprigs chives
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Peel the shallot and place it in the Thermomix bowl.
- Wash the chives and add them to the bowl. Chop for 8 seconds at speed 5.
- Add the drained tuna and mix for 5 seconds at speed 5.
- Add the Saint Môret, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix for 45 seconds at speed 3.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
