Rillettes de thon au Thermomix

Ingredients

  • 240 g canned tuna, drained
  • 150 g Saint Môret (soft cheese)
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 lemon
  • 20 sprigs chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. Peel the shallot and place it in the Thermomix bowl.
  2. Wash the chives and add them to the bowl. Chop for 8 seconds at speed 5.
  3. Add the drained tuna and mix for 5 seconds at speed 5.
  4. Add the Saint Môret, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix for 45 seconds at speed 3.
  5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
