Salade composée au thon

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 120 g rice
  • Lettuce
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Black olives
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • Salt, pepper

Steps

  1. Wash the lettuce, roll the leaves and cut into thin strips. Set aside.
  2. Deseed and dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Drain and flake the tuna.
  3. Drain the corn.
  4. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Add the cooked rice and mix.
  5. Add the black olives, diced tomatoes, tuna and corn. Mix well, then add the lettuce strips.
  6. Serve chilled.
