Soft Skyr Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 pots plain skyr
- 3 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- Salt
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the skyr and eggs until smooth.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder, and gently fold into the mixture until you get a thick, airy batter.
- Heat a lightly oiled waffle iron. Pour a ladle of batter and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
