Soft Skyr Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 pots plain skyr
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Salt

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the skyr and eggs until smooth.
  2. Sift in the flour and baking powder, and gently fold into the mixture until you get a thick, airy batter.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled waffle iron. Pour a ladle of batter and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
