Easy Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and crack in the eggs.
  2. Whisk from the center outward, gradually adding the milk, then stir in the vanilla sugar.
  3. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Brush a crepe pan with oil using a cloth and heat over high heat.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan and cook about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking cooked crepes on a plate.
  7. Cover with a clean towel to keep warm until serving.
