Easy Crêpes

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and crack in the eggs.
- Whisk from the center outward, gradually adding the milk, then stir in the vanilla sugar.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Brush a crepe pan with oil using a cloth and heat over high heat.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan and cook about 3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking cooked crepes on a plate.
- Cover with a clean towel to keep warm until serving.
