Baked Camembert with Thyme and Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 whole camembert (raw milk), in its box
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • Honey
  • Pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Remove the camembert from its box and take off the wrapping paper, then place it back in the box on a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Score the top of the rind in a cross pattern, place a thyme sprig on top, and season with pepper.
  4. Close the wooden box and wrap it in aluminum foil to bake covered.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with slices of bread, drizzled with honey.
