Baked Camembert with Thyme and Honey

Ingredients
- 1 whole camembert (raw milk), in its box
- 2 sprigs thyme
- Honey
- Pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Remove the camembert from its box and take off the wrapping paper, then place it back in the box on a piece of parchment paper.
- Score the top of the rind in a cross pattern, place a thyme sprig on top, and season with pepper.
- Close the wooden box and wrap it in aluminum foil to bake covered.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot with slices of bread, drizzled with honey.
