Sautéed Zucchini with Onions and Herbes de Provence

Ingredients

  • 1 kg zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. Peel and slice the onion. Peel the zucchini and cut into cubes or thick slices.
  2. Place the zucchini and onion in a bowl with the olive oil and mix to coat evenly.
  3. Heat a large frying pan and add the zucchini and onion.
  4. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until the zucchini is golden brown.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, add the herbes de Provence, and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
