Sautéed Zucchini with Onions and Herbes de Provence

Ingredients
- 1 kg zucchini
- 1 onion
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Peel and slice the onion. Peel the zucchini and cut into cubes or thick slices.
- Place the zucchini and onion in a bowl with the olive oil and mix to coat evenly.
- Heat a large frying pan and add the zucchini and onion.
- Cook over high heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until the zucchini is golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper, add the herbes de Provence, and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
