Ingredients
- 6 fresh tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- olive oil
- breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
Steps
- Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, and place them in a baking dish.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Peel the garlic, remove the germ, and finely chop or mince it.
- Spread the chopped garlic evenly over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley and breadcrumbs over the tomatoes, covering the surface.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 210°C (410°F) for 20 minutes.
- Serve as a side dish with fish, meat, or white rice.
