Tomates Provençales

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 bunch parsley
  • olive oil
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, and place them in a baking dish.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Peel the garlic, remove the germ, and finely chop or mince it.
  4. Spread the chopped garlic evenly over the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley and breadcrumbs over the tomatoes, covering the surface.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake at 210°C (410°F) for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve as a side dish with fish, meat, or white rice.
