Cherry Clafoutis

Ingredients
- 500 g cherries
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g flour
- 90 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 30 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 g powdered sugar
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat the eggs into an omelette-like mixture, then add flour, sugar, and milk. Mix until smooth, then add a pinch of salt.
- Grease the baking dish with melted butter and spread the cherries evenly on the bottom.
- Pour the batter over the cherries.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Once baked, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and serve immediately.
