Cherry Clafoutis

Ingredients

  • 500 g cherries
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g flour
  • 90 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 g powdered sugar

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Beat the eggs into an omelette-like mixture, then add flour, sugar, and milk. Mix until smooth, then add a pinch of salt.
  3. Grease the baking dish with melted butter and spread the cherries evenly on the bottom.
  4. Pour the batter over the cherries.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. Once baked, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and serve immediately.
