Cherry Clafoutis

Ingredients

  • 500 g cherries
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g flour
  • 90 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 g powdered sugar

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until frothy.
  3. Add the flour, sugar, and milk, mixing until smooth.
  4. Add the pinch of salt to the batter.
  5. Grease a baking dish with melted butter and spread the cherries in the bottom.
  6. Pour the batter over the cherries.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. Once baked, dust the top with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
