Cherry Clafoutis

Ingredients
- 500 g cherries
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g flour
- 90 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 30 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 g powdered sugar
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until frothy.
- Add the flour, sugar, and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Add the pinch of salt to the batter.
- Grease a baking dish with melted butter and spread the cherries in the bottom.
- Pour the batter over the cherries.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Once baked, dust the top with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
