Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped (about 1 tbsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme (about 6-8 sprigs)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Steps
- In a large bowl or heavy-duty zip-top bag, mix together the garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat well.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- Cook the chicken on an indoor grilling pan or an outdoor grill over medium-high heat until fully cooked through and lightly charred.
