Soy Sauce Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients with the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
  2. Heat a grill or heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken 4-6 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165-175°F (75-80°C).
