Soy Sauce Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
Steps
- Mix all ingredients with the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
- Heat a grill or heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken 4-6 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165-175°F (75-80°C).
