June Plum Juice

Ingredients
- 13 June plums
- 10 oz ginger
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3½ cups water
Steps
- Wash and peel the June plums (optional, may leave skin on).
- Cut open the plums and remove the seed at the core.
- Wash and peel the ginger.
- Add June plums, ginger, brown sugar, and water to a blender; blend until smooth (work in batches if needed).
- Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth.
- Serve over ice.
