June Plum Juice

Ingredients

  • 13 June plums
  • 10 oz ginger
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3½ cups water

Steps

  1. Wash and peel the June plums (optional, may leave skin on).
  2. Cut open the plums and remove the seed at the core.
  3. Wash and peel the ginger.
  4. Add June plums, ginger, brown sugar, and water to a blender; blend until smooth (work in batches if needed).
  5. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth.
  6. Serve over ice.
