Ingredients
- 4 green bananas
- 1/2 lb yellow yam
- 1/2 lb pumpkin
- 1/4 lb coco (eddo)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Water
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/8 tsp salt (optional)

Steps
- Peel and cut the green bananas, yellow yam, pumpkin, and coco into chunks.
- In a bowl, mix flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a firm dough; shape into small dumplings.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil with salt and coconut oil.
- Add the yam, coco, and pumpkin first, since they take longer to cook.
- After a few minutes, add the green bananas and dumplings to the pot.
- Boil everything together until all the vegetables and dumplings are tender.
- Drain and serve hot, often alongside fish or other main dishes.
