Easy Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
- ½ head green cabbage, about 12 oz
- 1 large carrot, about 4 oz
- 6 green onions, sliced
Steps
- Finely shred the cabbage and carrot, and slice the green onions, keeping the pieces thin and even.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the shredded cabbage, carrot, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
