Biscuit Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits (8 count each, grands size)
  • 2 cups sausage gravy
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Colby cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon pieces
  • Chopped onions, for topping
  • Chopped bell peppers, for topping

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking oil.
  3. Open the biscuit cans and arrange biscuits on the baking sheet, pressing them together to form one large crust.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour in egg mixture, and gently scramble until soft and fluffy.
  7. Remove crust from oven and spread gravy evenly on top.
  8. Top gravy with scrambled eggs, then sprinkle cheese and bacon over the eggs.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for another 6-7 minutes.
  10. Cut and serve, topped with chopped onions and bell peppers if desired.
