Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuits (8 count each, grands size)
- 2 cups sausage gravy
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded Colby cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon pieces
- Chopped onions, for topping
- Chopped bell peppers, for topping
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking oil.
- Open the biscuit cans and arrange biscuits on the baking sheet, pressing them together to form one large crust.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour in egg mixture, and gently scramble until soft and fluffy.
- Remove crust from oven and spread gravy evenly on top.
- Top gravy with scrambled eggs, then sprinkle cheese and bacon over the eggs.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 6-7 minutes.
- Cut and serve, topped with chopped onions and bell peppers if desired.
