Crustless Cheese Pie (Tiropita Without Phyllo)

Ingredients
- 150 grams (2/3 cup) Greek yogurt
- 200 ml buttermilk or sour milk
- 180 ml water
- 120 ml olive oil, plus extra for the pan
- 2 large eggs
- 220 grams (2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 100 grams (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons) corn flour (maize flour, not cornstarch)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 350 grams (12.3 oz) feta cheese, coarsely crumbled

Steps
- Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
- In a bowl, combine flour, corn flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and yogurt.
- Whisk in olive oil, water, and buttermilk.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until the batter is uniform.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese.
- Brush a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) pan with olive oil to coat the bottom.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the bottom of the pan.
- Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with more sesame seeds.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until golden brown on top.
- Cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
- Cut into 12 square pieces and serve.
